TR7 Pty Ltd are involved in a number of different Australian Indigenous projects and programmes that aim to improve the status and build the capacity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the workplace and the community.
Our Indigenous and non-Indigenous employees work together to promote our vision for sustainable employment for Indigenous people and equal life chances for all.
We believe that cultural recognition, understanding, respect and reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians can be supported through the education and sharing of information between all cultures. Promoting cultural awareness and understanding will break through the barriers and misconceptions of Aboriginal people that currently exist in our society.
