TR7 has invested in a purpose built training facility to meet the needs of all our training programs. We designed the rooms and amenities to promote a comfortable and inclusive learning environment where training participants can access a wide range of different resources to make their learning experience more enjoyable.
Our training premise includes:
- Comfortable training rooms for in-class delivery
- Aged care practical room that resembles a nursing ward so participants have “hands-on” practical experience with real equipment, including beds, hoists and wheelchairs
- Aged care library which includes a wide range of documentation and research material relevant to their role and industry
- Resuscitation manikins, first aid kits and various medical supplies for “hands-on” practical training and activities
- Large bathroom facilities where participants attending healthcare courses can practice personal care and hygiene procedures, including hand washing and showering of clients
- Various props and equipment for training participants to use during group activities and assessments to make learning scenarios more realistic and fun
- Plenty of free parking and close access to public transport for participant convenience
- Nearby deli’s, takeaway restaurants and a shopping centre for participants to purchase lunch or do their shopping after the days class
Many of the equipment and resources used during our courses are also transported to client workplaces for onsite training. We also identify any special needs the client may want to address, such as previous workplace incidents, so we can incorporate their equipment and resources during course delivery.
