Health and Community Services At TR7, we recognise the need for additional training and upskilling in the healthcare industry to meet current and future needs. Our vision in health is to focus on wellness instead of sickness, on preventative education rather than reactive treatment. Occupational Health and Safety TR7 is committed to improving health and safety in the workplace, and in the community, by providing clients with customised safety management solutions that meet their individual needs and legal obligations. Our high standards are supported by the provision of our nationally recognised and specially tailored health and safety courses.
Industrial and Equipment Skills Our training programs for the industrial and mining sectors include NOHSC and AQF nationally recognised training courses. Our courses comply with all relevant industry legislation, codes of practice and Australian Standards. Training delivery and assessment includes in-class theory and “hands-on” practical experience to guarantee participant competency and confidence.
Indigenous Employment and Awareness TR7's quality training programs are an essential part of our Indigenous Employment and Training services and our dedication to recognising, acknowledging and promoting cultural diversity and reconciliation in the workplace and community. Our courses include NOHSC and AQF nationally recognised training, cultural awareness training and client tailored training that is customised to their workplace needs.
Business Services As a total human resource services company, TR7 employs a number of specialist Consultants who dedicate themselves to providing innovative and effective people solutions for our clients. As a result, we realised there was a need to continually develop both our Consultants and other individuals in effective business management and human resources solutions through quality training that is nationally recognised.
