Nationally Recognised Training
As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we deliver a wide range of nationally recognised training courses within our scope. All our training programs are competency-based and cover the necessary skills and knowledge required by the AQTF, Australian standards, OHS regulations and industry codes.

We deliver our nationally recognised training and qualifications at our custom-designed training premises, as well as onsite in the client’s workplace. Our flexible approach to training delivery includes evening and weekend courses.

Client Tailored Training
TR7 Training Services works closely with clients to identify and analyse their training needs and provide customised solutions that improve staff performance and company productivity. Many organisations provide training as the first and only solution to improving staff performance. Without conducting a comprehensive analyst of all the potential reasons behind performance issues many engage in training that is ineffective and lacks measurable results.

Our trainers and assessors are experienced in identifying training needs and providing a practical strategy to deliver training that is high quality, cost effective and measurable.

Our tailored training courses include company inductions, safety training, offshore specialist training, recruitment training and management training. Courses can be delivered at our training premises or onsite at the client’s workplace.

TR7 Enterprise Training
A benefit of our long-term working relationship with our clients, industry and the community is that we have had the opportunity to learn a lot about their operations and understand their changing needs. As a result, we identified the need for specialised training courses that addressed specific skill gaps for a number of different disciplines and industries.

With the involvement and direction of our clients and industry we developed an enterprise training model that we apply to all our enterprise training. Our courses aim to meet the needs of industry first, give needed training, offer gap training, and provide job upskilling and personal development to achieve their goals.

Course Development and Accreditation
Our team of trainers and assessors are experienced in developing competency-based training courses, both individual units and full qualifications, which meet the requirements of Vocational Education and Training (VET). We work with clients to develop learning and assessment programs that meet their organisations needs. Courses can be developed to meet the requirements of nationally recognised training, accredited training, Worksafe training, duty of care and industry standards.

Consultancy Services
TR7 Training Services provides organisations with training and consultancy services specific to their needs. Our training solutions are designed in consultation with management and staff and can be delivered under flexible learning arrangements, including group workshops, onsite delivery, and weekend and evening training. Our training programs are designed to support organisational goals at the same time as providing a practical and interesting experience for the learners.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
TR7 Training Services provides a flexible approach to Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) services, otherwise known as Recognition of Current Competencies (RCC). RPL is an assessment process that assesses the individual’s non-formal and informal learning to determine the extent to which that individual has achieved the required learning outcomes, competency outcomes, or standards of entry to, and/or partial or total completion of, a qualification.

TR7 Training Services applies this assessment process to all of its nationally recognised training courses on an individual basis, meaning each student will have access to RPL through a tailored assessment solution that best suits their needs and competencies. 

RTO Partnership
Many organisations that specialise in services other than training still have their own trainers and ongoing training and development needs. Training is delivered either inhouse and staff acquire skills and knowledge beneficial only to their specific role, or the training is outsourced and the organisation can lose control over learning and assessment outcomes and the relevancy of the training.

An ideal solution for these organisations is to partner with a Registered Training Organisation who has the required resources and expertise to deliver nationally recognised training and qualifications to their employees.
